Settlement between Muhammad Javad Mirza, his wife, and his brothers with Aqa Sayyid ʻAbd Allah the clockmaker, 1909
A settlement between Muhammad Javad Mirza (son of Habib Allah Mirza), his wife (daughter of Mirza Fazl Allah), his brothers (Fath ʻAli Mirza and ʻAli Mirza), with Aqa Sayyid ʻAbd Allah (a clockmaker originally from Niyak) on 28 November 1909, covering a mansion in front of Fakhriyah School, inclusive of the residential houses, stable, garden, etc in exchange for 1688 tumans and 8000 dinars. They divide the money among themselves based on their shares.

Settlement between Shaykh Mahdi and Ziya’ Najmabadi, 1955
Copy of a settlement on Ministry of Justice letterhead regarding a property (numbered 2170 to 2172) in the Shaykh Hadi neighborhood in Tehran. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Khan Najmabadi had inherited this property from his mother, Sakinah Khanum Kundushlu (Shaykh Hadi's wife). In 1947, he sold the property to his niece, Sadiqah Najmabadi. After Sadiqah Najmabadi's death in March of 1955, the property was inherited by her father, Shaykh Mahdi Najmabadi, and her husband, Ziya’ Najmabadi. According to this document, on November 12, 1955, Shaykh Mahdi sold his share to Ziya’ Najmabadi.

Settlement between Mansurah Buluri and Habib Allah Vaziri, 1947
Settlement between Mansurah Buluri Tafrishi, the daughter of Mahdi, and her husband, Habib Allah Vaziri, the son of Muhammad, regarding Mansurah's mahr. In their marriage contract, Mansurah's mahr was eight thousand rials and a later contract added fifty two thousand to the mahr, yielding a total of sixty thousand rials. Settlement regarding Taraziyah Khanum's inheritance, 1903
The Catholics of Kurdistan claim that Taraziyah Khanum, daughter of Khvajah Bavi Masihi (Christian), endowed all her belongings to the Catholic Church of Kurdistan before her passing. This is confirmed by Khalifah Yusuf, the head of Chaldean Catholics of Tehran, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, Taraziyah Khanum's husband claims that she transferred her belongings to him in the presence of witnesses. A settlement is made to resolve the dispute, according to which five thousand tumans from her inheritance is paid to the church and the rest of her belongings go to her husband....
